Sharkzerker Banner-Bearer – A Bloodgreed Makoragh Carrying the Frenzy's Colours
The Sharkzerkers are a brutish race of shark-like humanoids, with a love of battle and bloodshed. Also called the makoragh, this vicious warrior of the Bloodgreed frenzy is hungry for mayhem. Sharkzerker Banner-Bearer by Battle Yak Miniatures is one makoragh standard bearer from Sharkzerkers 2: Second Wave: a tall tattered banner in one fist, a jagged axe in the other, and a printed base under his feet. One sculpt. One banner, built your way.
This set includes one Makoragh Banner-Bearer modular sculpt, a modular banner with two icons, a selection of eight modular pauldrons, and one axe. We print the whole kit, including the 50 mm base. About 56 mm from the soles to the top of the head crest, and about 108 mm to the top of the banner (about 114 mm including the base). Single model. Tabletop Quality.
The Banner
The banner is the centrepiece: a ragged, rope-stitched flag hung from a crossbar, with a small pennant flying off the top of the pole. It comes two ways, and you choose the icon on the front:
- Modular banner – the pole with his gripping hand built in. The hand has a ball joint that plugs into the rope wrist cuff on his left arm, so the banner stands upright beside him (shown on the turntable)
- Standalone banner – the same banner and pole without the hand, a plain pole to use on its own
- Wheel icon – a ship's wheel ringed with skulls (shown on the turntable)
- Jaws icon – a pair of gaping shark jaws
The icon glues onto the front of the banner, over the crossbar where the pole meets the flag.
Eight Shoulder Pads
Eight pauldrons. One per shoulder, mix as you like. Every one of them is in the kit:
- Big jaw – larger fanged jaw over a woven basket (shown on the turntable)
- Shark jaw – open toothed shark jaw over a woven net
- Spikes – spiked crest with curved horns on the rope arch
- Planks – riveted planks lashed with rope
- Netting – woven netting dome on the rope arch
- Netting hooks – woven dome with claw hooks
- Wheel – knobbed horseshoe yoke, like a ship's wheel
- Base pad – plain dome with the same rope arch, if you want the shoulder quiet
One Axe
The kit comes with one weapon: the axe. A broad jagged axe head, a rope grip, and a wrist cord, held in a right fist that plugs into the socket on his right wrist. Both wrists end in rope cuffs with ball sockets, like the rest of the Sharkzerkers. The modular weapons from the other Sharkzerkers kits use the same wrist socket, so they are compatible if you already own them. They are not included with this model.

Size
Approximately 56 mm from the soles of the feet to the top of the head crest, on the printed 50 mm base. With the modular banner fitted, about 108 mm from the soles to the top of the pennant, or about 114 mm including the base. Heroic scale. Models over 50 mm may be hollowed internally for print quality, reduced weight, and more affordable pricing.
Print Quality
Layer height determines detail and finish: lower microns mean thinner layers for smoother surfaces and finer details, while higher microns balance speed, strength, and cost while maintaining excellent quality for gameplay.
- Tabletop Quality (50 microns) – Ideal for durable, high-resolution 3D resin prints perfect for wargaming and RPGs. Offers sharp details, robust flexibility, and minimal visible layers—great for minis that see real table action without fragility.

- Designer: Battle Yak Miniatures
- Compatibility Note: This miniature is an independent artist creation. It is not designed, produced, endorsed, licensed, or affiliated with Games Workshop, Wizards of the Coast, Dungeons & Dragons, or any other third-party company. Pro Tip: Paint the banner off the model, then glue the icon on and plug the hand into the wrist cuff last. Keep the hide a cold grey-green and give the flag one strong colour so it reads from across the table. The pole is long and thin: handle the banner by the cloth, not the tip of the pennant.
