All items are made to order in our Salt Lake City workshop. Products are produced using either high-detail resin 3D printing or FDM (filament) 3D printing, depending on the specific model.

Free US Shipping

Effective October 8, 2026, shipping within the United States is FREE on all products made in-house in our workshop (resin miniatures and FDM items). Shipping is now built into our product prices, so there is no shipping charge at checkout for US orders.

Multi-Model Savings

Ordering several models? Savings are applied automatically per order, with no code needed:

• 3+ models: $5 off your order
• 5+ models: $15 off your order
• 10+ models: $40 off your order

The discount is taken off the whole order (not per item) and stacks with current sales.

Production & Lead Times

• Standard Models: 7–14 days from order placement, depending on current order load and model size.
• Custom Orders: Typically 14 days or more — contact us for a quote.

Production breakdown (per print plate/batch in your order):

• Printing: ~1 day per plate/batch
• Post-processing (washing, drying, support removal, curing where applicable): ~3 days per plate/batch
• Packaging & shipping preparation: Within 3 days of completion

You will receive email updates as each major production stage is completed (printing, post-processing, and when your order ships). This keeps you informed throughout the process.

Note: Lead times are estimates. Complex or large orders may take longer. Contact us for the current schedule before ordering if timing is critical.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer multiple carriers based on destination and package weight:

• Domestic (US): USPS and UPS — FREE on all in-house made products.
• International: USPS, DHL, and other carriers — rates vary by destination, package size, and service, and are calculated at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and chosen service. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by your local authorities upon arrival.

Partner Supplier Items (Shopify Collective)

Some items in our store, such as dice and terrain, come from partner suppliers through Shopify Collective. These items ship directly from the supplier under the supplier's shipping terms and may arrive separately from the rest of your order. Free US shipping and Multi-Model Savings apply to our in-house made products.
