All items are made to order in our Salt Lake City workshop. Products are produced using either high-detail resin 3D printing or FDM (filament) 3D printing, depending on the specific model.

Production & Lead Times

• Standard Models: 7–14 days from order placement, depending on current order load and model size.
• Custom Orders: Typically 14 days or more — contact us for a quote.

Production breakdown (per print plate/batch in your order):

• Printing: ~1 day per plate/batch
• Post-processing (washing, drying, support removal, curing where applicable): ~3 days per plate/batch
• Packaging & shipping preparation: Within 3 days of completion

You will receive email updates as each major production stage is completed (printing, post-processing, and when your order ships). This keeps you informed throughout the process.

Note: Lead times are estimates. Complex or large orders may take longer. Contact us for the current schedule before ordering if timing is critical.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer multiple carriers based on destination and package weight:

• Domestic (US): USPS and UPS — rates typically range from $6–$20 depending on weight and service selected at checkout.
• International: DHL and other carriers — rates typically range from $30–$60 for most orders.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and chosen service. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by your local authorities upon arrival.
