Refunds or replacement will be provided for items damaged beyond repair in shipping. We do our best to carefully package all our items but sometimes it's beyond our control.

We do not accept refunds for an item not being the size you had anticipated or not fitting into an existing army. We will work with you to scale any print to the size you want and will also provide scale samples, but all items have detailed size descriptions on them. Please measure carefully that it will work for you.
