Rotting Demon – A Walking Heap of Decay with a Cleaver the Size of a Man
Some things should have stayed buried. The Rotting Demon by Ratman Forge did not. This is a hulking, multi-limbed horror of boils, bone spikes and sagging flesh, dragging a massive notched cleaver in one fist while vestigial claws and horned growths sprout from its hunched back. No base is included – it stands on its own clawed hooves, ready to drop onto whatever ruined ground your table already has.
It is a single character miniature in two parts (body + sword). The sword already seats in the gripping hand as supplied. At about 80 mm from feet to the tips of its back horns it reads as a large monster on a 28 mm heroic table – the kind of thing that anchors a fantasy warband, a grimdark sci-fi plague host, or a trench-warfare horror board equally well.

Approximately 80 mm from feet to the tips of the back horns / head spikes. Overall width with the held sword is about 73 mm. Heroic 28 mm scale. No sculpted base is included. Models over 50 mm may be hollowed internally for print quality, reduced weight, and more affordable pricing.

Pro Tip: Keep the flesh a sickly green-grey, push darker bruises into the recesses, ivory on the bone spikes, and a heavy rust wash on the cleaver so the metal reads as rotten iron rather than clean steel. Glue the sword into the hand before priming so the joint disappears under paint.
